The Energetic Approach to COVID-19

Have you ever gotten sick knowing it was because you needed a break? Have you ever gotten sick after a stressful situation? Have you ever gotten sick while you know you were doing all of the recommended suggestions and had taken all necessary precautions? Are you energetically susceptible to COVID-19?

Let’s review the psychosomatic responses and energetics of healing and dis-ease:

We are energy.
Thoughts and emotions are energetic messages.
Messages we send and receive with our environment via energetic fields.

We are extensions of Source-God energy guided by our Emotional Guidance System for constant opportunities of expansion and fulfillment of our purpose.

Our highest, Source-God self projected into our individual perspective asks itself,
“What am I capable of - what is there to learn - where and how can I expand?”

From this one sense of self splits two forces of duality:
Positive energy: Purpose
Negative energy: Mission

Positive/negative does not equate to good/bad
Just simple guidance of your orientation and coordinates of your purpose and mission.

Alignment = positive energy frequencies = positive emotions = purposeful opportunities
Misalignment = negative energy frequencies = negative emotions = objectives and lessons

The Mind produces energy in the form of thoughts, which affect our energy field.
This causes a cascade of transmitters directing organs/tissues to react and function accordingly.
In this way, thoughts can either make you sick or optimize your health

Ignored, suppressed, and/or misdirected thoughts and emotions manifest physically in our bodies, eventually as dis-ease. Dis-ease or health is a symptom of our thoughts/emotions.

Thought patterns can be repeated from childhood.
Our negative experiences can be considered on a trauma spectrum
We are ALL affected by trauma, whether you want to consider it a micro or macro trauma is up to you; nevertheless, this is when negative reactions, behaviors, and thought patterns imprint a habitual perpendicular experience with our life. And, it very may well be periodically triggered to re-learn the lesson.

Typically, we all experience every emotion and feeling by age 7 - even going back as far as preconception, and this also includes secondary traumas as well as ancestral inherited experiences.

Unresolved trauma is where biological change takes place.

Diseases& illness are a way to get your attention when you are neglecting these non-physical counterparts. Recurrent suppressed, repressed, misdirected, ignored, and neglected emotions turn into neglected thoughts, which turn into attitudes, which then turn into beliefs, and are then encoded into your energetic & physical biological systems. This is when dis-ease occurs

Until this is addressed, no matter how many doctors or health professionals you see, no amount of surgery, and all the medications in the world will never "fix" you. It is all a temporary facade that will continue unless these evolved habits are corrected. Furthermore, completing the trauma properly will discharge any retained energy in the autonomic nervous system.

So, how can we apply this knowledge in the middle of a pandemic, social injustices, an election year, natural (and unnatural) disasters, and other economic disruptions... not to mention the mundane, daily ongoings and stressors with work, family, relationships, and all unsaid expectations? It may seem like none of these things are related, but allow me to connect the dots. Let’s take a look at the most obvious current health crisis.

COVID-19.

Whether you subscribe to the hype or not, most of us can agree that staying healthy and vibrant on an individual and collective level will be most optimal for thriving communities, global improvements, and general happiness and well-being for all.

I’ve seen plenty of practical resources for boosting immune function, low inflammatory lifestyle, and of course controversial precautions. Personally, I lean towards functional medicine, integrated health, and holistic practices on a more natural level for my own health.
Here are my favorite resources:

But, even if you tend to agree with western medicine approaches and have no intention of actually changing your nutrition and physical activity, this course of action I am presenting to you will benefit ALL. The reason being, it is all non-physical health - you literally do not have to lift a finger.
Do I believe good nutrition, proper movement, and a balanced lifestyle will benefit health and disease prevention? - Absolutely!
Do I believe the impact of our energetic thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs are a more powerful impact on our epigenetics? - Yes, I do.

I’m here to tell you, the Mind-Body-Spirit approach is a powerful trio. But, I will also admit the non-physical aspects are a much larger influence on your health than diet and exercise.

Mind over matter.

Now, let’s dive into the emotional energetics of viruses, lung function, and immune function - all specifics to COVID-19, but also any viral infection or related symptoms. Let’s work on our sh*t, avoid and/or efficiently heal acute viral infections, and trust our bodies to successfully interact with our environment while we joyously live and thrive during one of the most momentous ages on Earth:
The time is now. Out with the old; in with the new. We can only have a New Earth with less suffering if we take responsibility for ourselves and our co-creative lives, and work on decreasing our own personal suffering for collective betterment.

Viruses and immune system function are typically referenced in the root chakra power system in our energetic fields. This chakra is all about family/group safety and security. Being able to provide life’s necessities. The power to stand up for self. Social and familial law and order.
This chakra energetically characterizes our need for logic, order, and structure. It relates our physical survival to group inclusion or abandonment and the impact of group identity, bonding, honor code, and loyalty. The Sacred Truth owned by the first chakra is ‘All is One.’ It illustrates the power of sharing a belief with others as well as the pain of exclusion. It represents our moral and ethical codes inherited from generations ago.

At this time, we are reawakening to the reality that life is unpredictable. Previously, we have been living our lives in the illusion of certainty, structure, expectations, and regularity. This is not the way any longer. We are uncertain of what we will be doing this year for the holidays. We are uncertain if our children will be returning to school in the fall. We are uncertain if the economy will shut down again next week. I am uncertain if I will ever wrap my arms around my grandma again without risking her life.

Meanwhile, political parties and followers are polarizing. Social activism is being turned on its head permitting division, destruction, and threatening safety. Order is being questioned, bonds are being torn, and honor seems to be lost. If you research the lower chakras, such as this first chakra, this all becomes so obvious. It is no wonder all of this is happening during a pandemic and feeding it.

The fact of the matter is we are interdependent beings designed to live together
The immune system acts for the body the way tribal power acts for the group:
They provide protection from potential damaging external influences.
Viruses and immune system breach are energetically activated or allow susceptibility with weakness and loss of power from this root chakra system and personal tribal power.

In addition, pandemics are a negative group experience where we collectively, energetically become susceptible to an illness. Our personal fears, thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs are those of the collective culture and even the global perspectives'. This portrays a reflection of current social issues and tribal health.

Again, we are energy - physically and non physically. Everything is energy, including viruses and healing modalities. It is important to take account of the energetic state we are holding in order to understand what we are attracting into our energetic field.

To attract a virus, our energetic state must hold the same frequency as the virus.
To maintain health, our energetic state must hold a frequency of health.

How do we know what our energetic state and frequency is?
The answer is your Emotional Guidance SystemIt shows you energetically where you stand.

Viral issues are displayed under circumstances where people are battling out their worthiness. What makes people susceptible to contracting a virus is feeling like they have to fight for what they want. This may be presented in a person being smothered by someone or something that is emotionally needy or possessive. This is a person who is always on guard, stressing their immune system.Their fighting instinct may have been triggered early in life, for instance due to deprivation of emotional needs and coping with little support, love, and protection. A susceptible person will feel drained and depleted by a past circumstance or will be running on empty. This person would feel resentful and angry with themselves and/or others or could place blame on others for creating undesirable circumstances that have taken a toll on them emotionally, physically, or spiritually. This susceptible person makes things hard for themselves, including ignoring their need for support or help further leading this person to work harder to compensate for the lack of support. They think they have to do it all themselves, which can then lead to more anger, frustration, and resentment. They may feel that their self-worth and value is connected to how much they do for others, and can be taken advantage of all in the name of acceptance. This person can feel intimidated by authority or superior influences. Love, attention, and acceptance come at a price, and this is a core belief. They may feel they have to give away an aspect of themselves to get their needs met.

Immune related issues involve the whole body. Those susceptible to immune related issues will feel like their support system had failed them. They may attract new people and circumstances that mimic challenging childhood rejections including feeling abandoned, worthless, and insignificant. This leaves the person feeling confused by others’ intentions, and therefore, confused on when to self preserve and when to relax. This person’s boundaries and opinions have been challenged leaving them insecure with their own judgment and decision making skills. The survival instincts are activated posing everything as a possible threat. This susceptible person feels responsible for everything that goes wrong due to the need to compensate for being made to feel like a bad person and causing problems. This can stem from childhood for having to accept blame and possible abuse as punishment to pay for the household’s problems. The dominant emotions are guilt, shame, and anger. The susceptible person feels depleted for consistently weakening themselves to pose as less of a threat to influential people, which keeps them from reaching their goals or success. In these circumstances, love may be conditional or associated with safety and protection further allowing disempowerment. This person was or is made to feel worthless or unwanted.

Lung specific related issues resonate with negative emotions such as grief, old sorrow, anxiety, depression, and suppressed fears. These dominant emotions physically cause the lungs to tighten up. If they seem squeezed, heavy, and quiet, this indicates its time to deal with you sh*t. A person needs to express emotions when they are initially detected. A person susceptible to lung related issues may feel safe only in their own company, avoiding people who could cause more stress. Susceptible lungs are those being utilized shallowly or lacking full, expanded breaths. Think of reasons one would hold their breath: expecting something bad to happen or the worst case scenario. This is also demonstrated when avoiding conflict, trying to keep small and shallow. A susceptible person may be dealing with long-term conflict, feeling powerless and suffocated. They have an illusion to be isolated from others to avoid connection for protection. This person is unsure of emotional safety, for instance always on their toes for when the next mood swing in the household may strike. This person is disconnected from joy, fighting for freedom, holds a fear of suffering, feels held back, avoids disappointment, feels out of control, and pressured.

In summary,
The dominant negative emotions associated with COVID-19 are fear, unworthy, worthless, shame, guilt, inferior, excluded, angry, resentful, sad, lonely, powerless, grief, and/or abandoned. Emotional susceptibility to COVID-19 includes feeling like you are fighting for needs and desires; feeling drained, depleted, and running on empty; feeling overly defensive or the opposite, defenseless; feeling insignificant or unwanted; feeling like your boundaries have been challenged or having no boundaries at all; feeling a lack of joy; possessing underlying, unexpressed emotions; equating safety with inferior positioning, conditional love, or isolation.

As you can see, these thoughts and emotions could be activated in just about everyone. Which is probably part of the reason it is affecting so many people. And also, probably impacting the global affliction as we are experiencing these tribulations collectively as one unit as well as individually and personally.

Ask yourself these questions:
Do you feel under attack by an influential person? Do you feel like you have to work for love? Do you feel like you are fighting for your needs to be met? What issues are causing you a lot of stress and exhaustion? What have you had enough of? Do you have healthy boundaries? Do you find yourself self-sabotaging? Are you resistant to change? Are you using coping skills learned in childhood that no longer serve you? Who has disrespected your boundaries? What part of you have you sacrificed to be accepted? Do you feel unworthy, unimportant, or unwanted? Are you holding on to grief or sorrow? Are you fighting for freedom? Why do you feel restricted? Are you feeling suffocated by something or someone? Do you feel like you can’t experience joy? Do you feel held back? Do you feel out of control or stuck?

Now, sit with yourself and/or journal to explore the possibility of these non-physical aspects contributing to your health or susceptibility to COVID-19. I can assure you, if these thought patterns and emotions go unaddressed, they will eventually result in dis-ease. Allow these valuable negative emotions to guide you back to your aligned path of divine purpose.
