Revolutionary Healing

REVOLUTIONARY HEALING

INDIVIDUAL & COLLECTIVE EVOLUTION

I risk publicly exposing my vulnerability and deepest shadows.
Anything I post could be offensive, misunderstood, twisted, and/or most of all the worst case scenario - and the exact opposite of my purpose - hurtful instead of helpful.

Know this, I see you. I am with you. I am doing my best. I strive to better myself and others. I know I can always be better. I acknowledge the current and inherited pain black people are experiencing. I acknowledge that I have inherited pieces of these awful attitudes from generations ago. I feel guilty for how white people have mistreated, are mistreating, and will mistreat black people in these terrible ways.
But, this is beginning to be unproductive. I cannot underprivilege myself enough to privilege a black person. I cannot make myself sick enough to heal an ill person. I cannot get poor enough to make a poor person wealthy. I cannot decrease my vibrational frequency low enough to raise another's.

Regardless of what and whose agendas are presenting, now is the time for black hearts, black pain bodies, and black purposes to take the stage and be seen, heard and felt. To be unveiled and acknowledged.
If you are of any other color than black reading this, consider the possibility - or for me the core belief -
we are all one; one race, different colors. If a black person is in pain, we are all in pain. If a hispanic person suffers, we are all suffering. This is different from saying, “I don’t see color.” No, I honor your color. I honor your pain. I honor your differences. I honor your culture though it is different than mine and though it is difficult at times to understand these differences. The wounds of our past are coming out for everyone.

I align with what I sought out to do: facilitate holistic healing with unconventional knowledge.
Metaphysical wellness with integration of Spirit, thoughts, emotions, beliefs, attitudes.
Making sense of nonphysical effects on our wellbeing, disease production, and outstanding potential.

Racism is a learned belief based on fear and threat, whether it be a threat to safety, identity, authority, etc.
Of course, this doesn't make it excusable. Hate is about hurt. When we feel hurt, we feel hatred. Hatred is not an awful thing, but the part of us that feels victimized. Recognizing this victimized part to find resolve and empowerment is the key to healing.
Nevertheless, no matter what side of the coin you're on, there is underlying fear and negative emotions.
This is also an issue of tribalism. The similarities within a tribe can be very soothing. The differences between tribes/cultures/ethnicities can be alarming for our safety. Our initial reaction is straight from our reptilian brain.

This [racism] is simple and complex.
Destructive and constructive.
Harmful and healing.
Disadvantageous and transformative.
Isolating and uniting.
The foundations of what it means to me to be Thunder Perfect.

My purpose is to assist healing and joy.
Allow me to serve you unconventional, actionable methods in order to remedy power.

So, what do I know? - I know that everything is energy including our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and physical bodies.
What are people thinking, feeling, and experiencing right now? - Fear, terror, anxiety, defensive, discomfort, powerless, anger, rage, disrespect, hate, privileged, underprivileged, unequal, isolated, confused, vulnerable, grief, guilt...
What do I know about these particular negative thoughts, feelings, and emotions?
To begin broadly, humans vibrate with an optimal, healthy frequency of 62-70 MHz.
Disease starts at 58 MHz providing an optimal environment for bacteria, viruses, and acute and chronic disease resulting in a compromised immune system inviting havoc to wreak on your body. Depending on where these emotions get trapped is how and where disease starts and evolves in organs, muscles, and tissues. Did we just experience a pandemic, I forgot?
When we look at concepts of tribalism, we refer to the first (root) chakra or energy system of our bodies.
Located at the base of the spine, this power system addresses the mental and emotional issues of physical family/group safety and security, providing for necessities, standing up for yourself, feeling at home, and social and familial law and order. When this first chakra is unbalanced, some of the specific, common physical dysfunctions that can occur are issues like chronic low back pain, sciatica, rectal cancer, depression, and immune-related disorders.
Then, we can move to observing the fourth (heart) chakra system addressing emotional power.
Located in the center of our chest, the mental and emotional issues seen here are love and hatred, resentment and bitterness, grief and anger, loneliness and commitment, forgiveness and compassion, and hope and trust. When out of balance, physical dysfunctions such as any type of cardiac disease, asthma/allergies, lung cancer, pneumonia, upper back and shoulder pain, and breast cancer can result. This system is all about learning the power of love, which begins within our tribe; this can present as unconditional love but can also expect loyalty and tribal support. It isn't until we reach the fourth center until we learn the lessons of loving oneself. This means having the courage to listen to your heart’s emotional messages and spiritual directives. It also proposes the lesson of forgiveness and releasing our attachments to these painful wounds - because these wounds do not hurt the people who hurt us; they only hurt ourselves.

So, why is everyone so angry? Because, on a vibrational/frequency level, anger is an elevated emotion. It is higher on the scale than sadness or powerlessness. Anger is an emotional reaction that surges feeling better. It can feel relieving and also actionable.

These emotions are vital and pivotal. My intentions here are to show you what to do with these emotions so you can cease negative effects. Emotions guide us, they are not bad! They are our indicators of what we do or do not desire based on the positive or negative frequencies of the emotions. The lower the vibrational frequency being experienced, the further away from your alignment and therefore, further away from Source-God.
For instance, when a black man is unjustly killed by a white police officer (to state simply), most people feel sadness, powerlessness, rage, fear, grief, etc. These emotions may be felt physically, viscerally in your stomach, heart, head, chest, or other areas. These emotions may feel like pressure, aching, buzzing, sharp shooting, suffocating, etc. These feelings/emotions can directly connect to the first, original experience for an individual, most likely in childhood or even preconception including inherited pain and could add more meaning to the already occurring emotional experience. These nonphysical and physical reactions will vary for everyone.
All of this is to demonstrate how our bodies communicate with us, and how these nonphysical experiences result in physical health or dis-ease. When we sweep these emotions under the rug, react to our emotions, and/or hold onto these negative experiences for fuel - the result is dis-ease.

Take these emotions - name them, locate them, describe how they feel physically.
Call them out. Ask them what you need to know.
Sit with yourself, and allow this emotional experience to completely consume you, or otherwise what resists persists. It will not kill you, although it may feel that way. Allow the emotion to transform; feel the sensations change in your body. Go into your mind’s eye and watch the images and visualizations.
When you start to feel a little better, go with that emotion. And, when you start to feel a little better, take a bird’s eye view of the situation. The original, negative emotion shows you what you do not want ie. racism, inequality, injustice, being unlovable, disadvantages, pain, life threatening experiences, etc.
When you know what you do not what, that directs you to what you do want! ie. freedom, equality, safety, abundance, good health, joy, vibrancy!

Cue the law of attraction: what you think about is what you bring about. Things of like matter attract more of those things. You are provided that which you are focused on.
SO, if you are focusing on hate and pain, YOU WILL RECEIVE HATE AND PAIN.
If your thoughts are focused on safety and abundance, YOU WILL RECEIVE SAFETY AND ABUNDANCE.

The key is to FEEL what these desires are. You may think that fighting against racism is a good thing. And yes, racism is bad and fighting racism seems better than allowing racism. BUT! If you want to actually make a difference in ending racism, STOP FOCUSING YOUR THOUGHTS ON IT! We are at a pivotal moment in time, where if we continually apply these practices, social injustices cannot be exploited! This is going to be hard to hear at first. Your reaction will be to want to take action on injustice, and that is okay. But, what I am offering here is a more impactful and enduring solution and plan that requires more internal action than external.

Take a look at the phrase, “Fight against cancer.” - all 3 words, fighting, against, and cancer are all resistive, negative words instilling resistive negative thoughts, producing a very resistive, negative phrase manufacturing an absolute resistive, negative foundation for misalignment - not a suitable environment for healing, personally or collectively.
It is the same concept regarding racism and hate. DO NOT MISUNDERSTAND ME. I am not saying these actions are okay or justified. These are horrible acts that should not be tolerated. But, take a look at history. We've been circulating the same practices, and here we are again with yet another distressing racial circumstance.
Compare these words:
Fighting against cancer vs. thank you for my healing
Hate & Violence vs. Safety & Freedom
Riot & Rebel vs. Peace & Love

I don’t mean to get all woo-woo here - intentions can be good, but if negativity is the influence, it will only bring about more negativity - for you personally! After your dive deep into the negative emotions (& it is very important to do that!), then it is time to focus on something positive. Anything that makes you feel better.

I feel angry, hateful, and powerless, because hate was just acted upon me.
I want to feel good, safe, and power because power is my vitality.
What is one thing I can find right at this moment that makes me feel good, safe, or powerful.
 - My fellow community. I am not alone. This makes me feel better.
 - Drinking my coffee watching the sunrise. This makes me feel good and peaceful.
 - Watching people of different colors unite. This appears to be an improvement. That gives me a little hope.

These are just examples of how to feel better. Feeling better is a setup for more better things to come; an emotional facilitation of increasing your frequency.
Gratitude is another great way to improve vibrational frequency. Even if it isn’t related to the circumstance.
“I am grateful for my emotional guidance system. It leads me and reminds me of my purpose.”

I am not instructing to bury your head in the sand; nor am not saying it is okay or not okay to riot, rebel, or protest. Do what you believe is best for you, your family, and the betterment of society. I will not be the one to judge. But, what I do in fact know for absolute certainty -regardless of racism- is thoughts become things. It is your choice to think good ones or bad ones for results of good or bad things. There will always be negative thoughts, it is the balance to positive thoughts and the duality of living the human experience.
Recognition of and pivoting these negative thoughts is the key.
This is what I know to be true.

Martin Luther King Jr. understood it…
I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.”
“We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the urgency of now.”
“Again and again we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.”
  - Dream, visualize, feel, meditate, and pray for your desires and know they will be true.
  - Ask for it. Believe in it. Expect it.
  - Doing the emotional work, the shadow work, the mindfulness work, and getting into alignment with Source-God energy NOW will reap justice and peace in the future.

Justice and freedom -and ultimately health, well-being, and joy - begin with our individual alignment with Source-God energy. This racism inherited from 7+ generations back is being healed. The solution is not vibrating in the same place as the problem. Our vessels are being cleared out from the past 5,000 years.
We are the ones we have been waiting for.
