YOUR EMOTIONAL
GUIDANCE SYSTEM

The Thing No One Wants to Face

I had a client tell me he was fighting his mind, fighting his emotions frequently - to not feel this negative way but to feel this other way. I asked, “ what is the negative way?”
He was so resistant to feeling the emotion he couldn’t name it.
As I listed a few…sadness, powerlessness, anger, hopelessness, grief...he immediately bowed his head in shame - let’s just tack that on to this list.

If you really think about it, this is absurd and very common. We are conditioned in these ways.
[Ignore, suppress, redirect, repress. And if you actually feel the emotion, you should feel bad about yourself for allowing it; at least in mundane situations and sometimes even extreme situations.]

“Why are you fighting it?”
- “Because I absolutely do not want to feel it.”
This is a man with frequently occurring panic attacks.
A visceral coping mechanism,  allowing survival, however unsustainable.

“I don’t have the time nor luxury to feel it - I have a lot going on and that would just get in my way.”

I began to explain to him that fighting what is unwanted will only beg the universe for more of it.

What you resist persists.

The only way out of this situation is to allow yourself to actually feel and experience the emotion.
It will not kill you unlike chronic panic attacks, anxiety, depression, cardiac issues, etc.

Emotions are a naturally occurring response to a situation.

The body’s physical, visceral response to the vibrational state of being caused by whatever you are giving your attention to. [vibration - the response of harmony or discord of all things to all things.]

We are energy.
Energy always vibrates; therefore, we always vibrate.
We each vibrate with different strengths, amplitudes, & frequencies.

Emotions are energy in motion.
Positive emotions result from balanced, higher vibrations.
Negative emotions result from imbalanced, lower vibrations.

The Mind (the observer/ the conductor) needs to order and to give meaning to the emotion for future references by linking how we feel with what we experience in the world we understand.

Feeling the emotion helps it [negative] to pass more quickly vs. numbing/repressing/neglecting.

Connecting with the spiritual world also gives The Mind the meaning needed for emotions. There is no such thing as time in The Mind or in the spiritual realm.
After feeling through the negative emotion to allow it to guide you and move on, then simply choose whatever makes you feel good: from past, present, future, or imagination.
The Mind cannot tell the difference. It will create feelings based on what you focus your attention on.

Your Emotional Guidance System
Emotions guide you by bringing awareness to your state of attraction.
Attraction meaning things of like vibration are drawn toward each other.
Emotions are your indicators, your alarm, your reminders, and your Mind-Body communication of the way you feel as you go along paying attention to different things.

Emotions are your calibration system to align with your Source-God Energy.

And in this way, emotions are neither good nor bad.
Just guiding vibrations like the ridges on the side of the road.

There is a range of emotional vibrations; the lower ones point out you are further away from where you desire to be. The higher, the closer to Source-God frequency.

20-75hz: shame, guilt, apathy, grief, paralyzing, inaction
100-175hz: fear, desire, anger, pride, ego, drive, action
200-350hz: courage, neutrality, willingness, acceptance, control, intentional
400-699hz: reason, love joy, peace, sacred
700hz: enlightenment state of mind

Emotions are our internal guidance system that, when used efficiently, allow an intentional, thriving lifestyle full of success, abundance, health, and desired manifestations.
Use negative emotions as the contrast to lead you to your desires.

If you allow negative emotions to hide and fester, you will reap negative consequences.
The body is dictated by The Mind and emotions. The body is influenced more by The Mind and emotions than by its physical elements. This means, when you ignore, suppress, and repress negative emotions, they will physically manifest as disease or trauma in your body. This is the point where your body is desperately signaling you to pay attention and to re-align with you highest self. Aligning your Mind-Body-Spirit.

What to do:
Make a habit of routinely checking into your thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
Name it. Feel it. Sit with it.
If negative, as yourself, “Is this true? Is this what I want? What do I actually want?”
Now, pivot - is there any evidence at this moment in the direction of what I do want?

For instance, if you want to feel good, find something small that makes you feel good such as your vision that allows you to see vivid colors that allow you to think of a bright blue sky arching over a bright green field with bright yellow flowers.
